Equine Collaboration for National Guard Active-Duty Military

We are excited to announce an upcoming event that embodies the spirit of community, healing, and support for our brave men and women in uniform.

Horses Healing Hearts and The Equine Immersion Foundation are joining forces to host a special event for active-duty military personnel on August 17, 2024, and we need your support to make it a success.

The National Guard Equine Immersion Event aims to provide a unique and therapeutic experience for our service members through interactions with horses. Research has shown the profound positive impact that equine-assisted activities can have on individuals dealing with stress, trauma, PTSD, and other challenges, making it an ideal opportunity to support our military community.

The event will include activities such as equine therapy sessions, horsemanship demonstrations, and opportunities for our service members to bond with these magnificent animals. Through these experiences, we hope to promote healing, resilience, and well-being among our military personnel.

I am Marianne Cyr, Founder and Executive Director of Horses for Healing Hearts. I am writing to introduce you to this local 501c3 organization Horses Healing Hearts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing equine-assisted therapy and activities for individuals facing various challenges, including emotional, mental, and behavioral issues.

To bring this event to life, we seek sponsors who share our commitment to supporting our troops. Your generous contribution will help cover the costs associated with venue rental, equipment, transportation, and other logistical expenses, totaling $9,500.
